Deze week wordt de Werelddag van fibromyalgie gevierd. De ziekte gediagnosticeerd door ernstige pijn in verschillende lichaamsdelen punten bereikt 2,5% van de wereldbevolking, de meeste vrouwen boven de 40 jaar. Hoewel veel patiënten proberen andere  

diagnostiek  om de ziekte in diskrediet te brengen, fibromyalgie is een syndroom dat wordt vooral tot uiting in de pezen en gewrichten van het lichaam. De ziekte is gerelateerd aan het functioneren van het centrale zenuwstelsel. De oorzaak is nog onbekend. 

Hoewel fibromyalgie een behandeling heeft, zeggen de experts hormonale onevenwichtigheden, stress en stress kunnen zijn belangrijke oorzaken van begin van de ziekte. De patiënten met het syndroom hebben een lagere serotonine dan mensen die geen fibromyalgie niet dragen. 

“Emotionele factoren kunnen crises veroorzaken en interfereren met klinische verbetering. Antidepressiva worden gebruikt voor de behandeling, omdat ze het vrijkomen van neurotransmitter stoffen, gerelateerd aan de remming van de pijn en ook de humor, zoals serotonine, noradrenaline en dopamine te stimuleren “, zegt reumatoloog Daniel Feldman, Fibromyalgie Sector coördinator van de Federale Universiteit van São Paulo ( UNIFESP) in een interview met UOL. 

De behandeling van fibromyalgie kan worden gemaakt met anti-inflammatoire gebruik, in verband met antidepressiva, het gebruik van  pijnstillers , regelmatige fysieke activiteiten zoals zwemmen in warm water en aquarobics, counseling, massage en acupunctuur. Nog steeds op de aanbevelingen voor de behandeling, deskundigen wijzen erop dat dragers van de ziekte te nemen geneesmiddelen te helpen bij de bestrijding van de symptomen, maar ook om laadgewicht te vermijden, vermijd situaties die stress kan verhogen en kan de slaap verstoren als licht, geluid en matras ongemakkelijk.

Begeleiding is ook dat de vervoerders proberen comfortabele posities te blijven zitten voor een lange tijd tijdens lange reizen, bijvoorbeeld, en een regelmatige lichaamsbeweging programma te handhaven. Tot slot ook aan dat vervoerders niet over de mogelijkheid van het zoeken naar psychologische therapie te ontdoen. (Informatie Physician Drauzio Varella blog).
