Le chef du Service de promotion et de prévention de la santé des travailleurs de l’IMSS, Jorge Alberto Cabrera Estrada, a indiqué que dans les soins prodigués au patient, on lui apprenait à identifier les déclencheurs de la douleur, tels que le froid, l’humidité, le mode de vie sédentaire ou l’hyperactivité physique, le stress et l’insomnie.

Pour prévenir cette maladie, il est recommandé dès le plus jeune âge de faire des exercices modérés deux ou trois fois par semaine et d’avoir une bonne alimentation, pour prévenir cette maladie.

Un autre facteur qui pourrait déclencher cette maladie est le stress des heures de travail. L’exercice aérobie à faible impact dure de 20 à 30 minutes et évite les exercices qui augmentent la douleur, de sorte que le patient identifié avec la maladie est référé aux centres de sécurité sociale (CSS) afin qu’ils puissent «se débarrasser de cette tension. “

Cabrera Estrada a indiqué qu’à la Sécurité sociale, les patients identifiés comme fibromyalgiques reçoivent des soins multidisciplinaires avec des internistes, des rhumatologues, des psychiatres, des thérapeutes et des rééducateurs physiques pour un rétablissement complet.

Le spécialiste a enfin indiqué que, dans le groupe des femmes, il est surtout sensible à la maladie, car il leur est facile de générer un stress quotidien, du fait de leurs tâches professionnelles ou à domicile.
