La fibromyalgie est une maladie qui présente de nombreux symptômes et dont certains peuvent dérouter les gens. Donc, si vous pensez que cela n’affecte que les niveaux d’énergie du corps et que le seul problème est la douleur musculaire et tissulaire, vous avez tort.

La fibromyalgie est différente pour chaque patient qui souffre et affecte chaque personne d’une manière différente. Par exemple, la fatigue et l’épuisement au cours de la journée constitueront un problème majeur pour une personne dont le cycle de sommeil est interrompu et qui souffre également de fibromyalgie.

Et cela entraîne généralement une dépression et une augmentation de la douleur musculaire. Mais le fait que ce soit le symptôme le plus commun de cette maladie ne signifie pas que c’est le seul que nous devrions considérer et envisager.

Il y en a beaucoup d’autres qu’une personne souffrant de fibromyalgie se bat tous les jours. La plupart du temps, ils sont tous étroitement liés les uns aux autres et s’influencent mutuellement.

Donc, avec cette ligne de pensée, s’il existe un moyen d’aider à soulager un symptôme, cela aura également pour effet d’aider les autres.

La fibromyalgie laisse souvent la personne fatiguée et confuse mentalement. Beaucoup de patients disent avoir l’impression que leur cerveau est embué.

De 50 à 70% des patients ont des maux de tête chroniques et des migraines et se produisent au moins deux fois par semaine.

Les personnes qui souffrent de fibromyalgie trouvent un problème commun en prononçant des pensées claires ou en se souvenant de certains mots parfois. Cela pourrait également causer des problèmes d’écriture ou de compréhension de la langue.

La recherche ne sait pas encore pourquoi la fibromyalgie est à l’origine de ces problèmes linguistiques, car la dysphasie et l’aphasie sont liées à des lésions cérébrales ou à une dégénérescence, comme lors d’un AVC.

Et pour le moment, rien n’indique que la fibromyalgie puisse endommager le tissu cérébral ou dégénérer. 
Nous pouvons espérer que, avec le temps, nous découvrirons un lien entre les deux et que nous trouverons un traitement curatif, mais nous devons d’abord réfléchir aux moyens de rendre la vie plus facile aux personnes atteintes de fibromyalgie.

Essayez de garder une vision positive de l’ensemble du problème et ne vous en prenez pas à vous-même quand cela se produit. Donnez-vous quelques secondes, riez si possible, puis continuez.

Certains jours, cela n’arrivera pas et d’autres jours, cela se fera, mais vous pouvez vous aider de différentes manières.

Si vous remarquez que vous êtes plus reposé, vous en êtes le supporter. Essayez donc de trouver des moyens de dormir mieux et plus régulièrement.

Préparez un plan pour vous coucher tous les soirs à la même heure et vous lever le matin à la même heure pour voir si cela vous donne plus d’énergie.

Ou, si vous trouvez plus facile d’écrire pour vous que de parler pendant un certain temps, communiquez avec les gens par SMS ou par courrier électronique pendant un certain temps. N’importe quel moyen d’obtenir de l’aide est un bon moyen.

Parce que les difficultés d’élocution peuvent être très frustrantes. Ils peuvent être imprévisibles et les personnes qui ne le savent pas peuvent devenir confus et impatients.

Assurez-vous donc que vous expliquez aux gens qu’il s’agit d’un symptôme d’une maladie que vous ne pouvez pas contrôler et qui ne définit pas qui vous êtes en tant que personne. Et dis-le toi-même.

Nous venons de voir que la fibromyalgie présente de nombreux symptômes et touche presque tous les aspects de la vie d’une personne. Mais c’est une maladie qui peut être combattue et l’état du patient peut s’améliorer avec le temps.

Compte tenu de l’interdépendance de tous les symptômes, les problèmes de langue et les difficultés de langue peuvent provoquer davantage de stress, d’anxiété et de fatigue si vous ne savez pas comment vous aider. Alors, trouvez des petits moyens chaque jour pour que vous vous sentiez mieux si vous le pouvez.
