Schwindel, Gleichgewicht und Stürze bei Ausbrüchen der Fibromyalgie

Bei Fibromyalgie sind Schwindel, Gleichgewichtsstörungen und Stürze häufige Beschwerden. Für manche Menschen ist dies ein geringfügiger Ärger, der gelegentlich auftritt. In anderen Fällen können sie stark schwächen und regelmäßige Verletzungen verursachen.

Der Sturz und insbesondere der häufige Sturz ist ein ernstes Problem. Das letzte, was Sie brauchen, wenn Sie bereits andauernde Schmerzen haben, ist, sich ständig zu verletzen. Häufige Stürze oder Gleichgewichtsprobleme können ebenfalls zu Absturzangst führen.

Diese Angst kann Sie wiederum fürchten, selbst innerhalb Ihrer Grenzen aktiv zu bleiben. Laut einer Studie in der   klinischen Rheumatologie haben   73 Prozent der Menschen mit Fibromyalgie Angst vor körperlicher Aktivität und fast 75 Prozent haben Probleme mit dem Gleichgewicht.

Der Sturz ist weniger ein Symptom als vielmehr eine Folge der Symptome von Schwindel und mangelndem Gleichgewicht. In diesem Zustand können Stürze und Gleichgewichtsprobleme auch mit Änderungen in der Art und Weise zusammenhängen, wie wir gehen.

Warum sind diese Probleme bei Fibromyalgie? Und was können wir dagegen tun?

Fibromyalgie und Schwindel

Bei Fibromyalgie kommt es beim ersten Aufstehen häufiger zu Schwindel. Es ist dem Gefühl des “Kopfrauschens” ähnlich, wenn Sie zu schnell aufstehen. Dies kann nur jedes Mal passieren, wenn Sie sich hinlegen oder aufstehen. Das plötzliche Auftreten von Schwindelgefühl kann dazu führen, dass er auf seinen Füßen schwankt, wackelt oder sogar fällt oder in Ohnmacht fällt.

Laut einer im European Journal of Pain veröffentlichten Studie von 2017 können Schwindel und Ohnmacht in diesem Zustand auf eine bestimmte Untergruppe bezogen sein    .

Neben Schwindel und Ohnmacht hatte diese Untergruppe auch die höchsten Schmerzniveaus sowie eine Vielzahl von überlappenden Symptomen und Zuständen, einschließlich kognitiver Dysfunktion (“Fibron Fog”), reizbarer Blase, Vulvodynie und Bein-Syndrom. unruhig

Die Forschung legt nahe, dass dieses Symptom auf eine autonome Nervensystemstörung (SNA) zurückzuführen ist, die als Dysautonomie bezeichnet wird.

Die SNA ist an vielen kritischen Funktionen in Ihrem Körper beteiligt, darunter Herzfrequenz, Blutdruck, Atemfrequenz, Körpertemperatur, Stoffwechsel und Verdauung.

Was passiert, ist, dass die SNA Ihren Blutdruck erhöht, wenn Sie aus einer liegenden oder sitzenden Position aufstehen, um den Schweregrad zu bekämpfen und eine ausreichende Blutversorgung in Ihrem Gehirn aufrechtzuerhalten. Bei Dysautonomia geschieht dies nicht so, wie es sollte. Stattdessen kann der Blutdruck im Stehen tatsächlich sinken und das Ergebnis ist Schwindel oder Benommenheit. Bei POTS beschleunigt sich die Herzfrequenz, wenn der Blutdruck fällt.

Schwindel kann mit Herzklopfen, verschwommenem Sehen, erhöhter Pulsfrequenz, Brustschmerzen und einer Art von Ohnmacht verbunden sein, die als Vasovagal-Synkope bezeichnet wird.

Allerdings ist nicht jeder, der Schwindel mit Fibromyalgie hat, in Ohnmacht gefallen. In einer Studie aus dem Jahr 2008 sagen Forscher, dass Schwindel und Herzklopfen häufiger waren als Ohnmacht. Sie sagen auch, dass POTS eines der häufigsten Symptome von Fibromyalgie war, das sie während der Schrägtisch-Tests beobachteten, die ihre Reaktion auf Positionsänderungen messen.

Gleichgewichts- und Gangprobleme bei Fibromyalgie

Die Forschung legt nahe, dass Menschen mit Fibromyalgie anders als gesunde Menschen gehen. Eine Studie aus dem Jahr 2009 ergab, dass etwa 28 Prozent der Menschen mit dieser Krankheit einen anormalen Gang (Gehweg) haben.

In einer funktionalen Leistungsstudie von 2017 sagten die Forscher, dass Gang und Gleichgewicht in diesem Zustand stark geschädigt wurden. Die Unterschiede beinhalten:

  • Deutlich kürzere Schrittlänge
  • Langsamer Schritt

Die Forscher beobachteten, dass die Unterschiede in Gang und Gleichgewicht bei Menschen, die mehr Schmerzen, Steifheit, Müdigkeit, Angst und Depression hatten, schlimmer waren.

Sie empfahlen Ärzten, den Fortschritt und die Position ihrer Patienten mit Fibromyalgie zu bewerten, um die beste Art der Rehabilitation und der Prävention von Stürzen für sie zu finden.

Diese Studie ist Teil einer wachsenden wissenschaftlichen Literatur, die Gleichgewichts- und Gangprobleme in diesem Zustand aufzeigt, die zu Stürzen führen können. Die Beurteilung und Behandlung dieser Symptome hat jedoch möglicherweise keine hohe Priorität für Ihren Arzt. Wenn Sie besorgt sind, erwähnen Sie sie unbedingt bei Ihrem nächsten Termin.

Wenn Sie rauchen, schlagen Forschungsergebnisse in der gemeinsamen Zeitschrift für Rheumatologie   , Bone, Spine, vor, dass das Aufhören mit dem Rauchen Ohnmacht und andere Symptome einer Fibromyalgie lindern kann.

Wenn es um Gleichgewicht und Gang geht, ist Physiotherapie eine übliche Behandlung. Sie können Ihren Arzt auch fragen, ob etwas wie Yoga, Tai Chi oder Qigong für Sie sicher ist.
