Medita para calmar los pensamientos intrusivos y la tensión.

Duerma en una habitación oscura, use una máscara para los ojos si es necesario.

Mantenga su habitación tan silenciosa como sea posible: si es necesario, puede usar una   máquina de ruido blanco  para ahogar los sutiles sonidos molestos y ayudarlo a concentrarse en descansar. El que he recomendado también tiene otros sonidos relajantes y puede programarlo para que se apague.

Asegure una temperatura ambiente cómoda en su espacio de descanso.

Evite las comidas y bebidas que contienen cafeína, como té, refrescos y chocolate, desde el mediodía.
