Apprendre à dire non C’est difficile pour moi. J’ai toujours été la personne qui veut faire plaisir à tout le monde, rendre tout le monde heureux, aider tout le monde. Et, bien que ce soit irréaliste pour plusieurs raisons, la raison principale étant que je suis malade, j’ai dû apprendre à dire non.
J’ai dû apprendre à expliquer à mon patron et à mes collègues de travail que je ne pouvais pas charger ou déplacer de lourdes boîtes. J’ai dû apprendre que je ne pouvais pas aider mes amis à bouger.
Apprendre qu’il ne pouvait pas accepter toutes les invitations Oui! Cela amène les autres à se sentir frustrés par moi, surtout s’ils m’ont utilisé pour tout organiser pour eux.
Mais c’est quelque chose que j’ai appris à vivre. Je sais qu’il y a peut-être des choses que je ne peux pas faire, mais cela ne veut pas dire que ce n’est pas utile ou utile à d’autres égards. Ce rappel m’aide à dire non si nécessaire
