Kronisk tretthetssyndrom, mye mer enn å være sliten

Vi har alle blitt utmattet og sår etter en intens dag på fysisk og / eller mentalt nivå, og vi vet hvor godt det føles å hvile eller sove og gjenopprette, med ny energi for å møte enhver oppgave. 

Kan du forestille deg at det ikke skjedde, at når du våknet følte du det samme, eller enda mer sliten, enn når du startet resten? Det er et veldig enkelt bilde, men det kan gi oss en ide om hva denne  komplekse sykdommen  innebærer som innebærer en stor biokjemisk lidelse.

En person som lider  av kronisk tretthetssyndrom er permanent utmattet,  uten styrke og generelt lider smerte, noe som gjør det svært vanskelig å opprettholde en god livskvalitet. 

Det  spanske samfunnet for internmedisin  (SEMI) mener at kronisk tretthet eller asteni kan nevnes når tretthet og mangel på energi  varer mer enn seks måneder og indikerer at det kan  redusere 50% eller mer  kapasiteten til å utføre, med Normality, den enkleste hverdagslige handlinger.

Symptomer, årsaker og behandlinger

Opprinnelsen til denne sykdommen er mangfoldig og ikke alltid klar. Enkelte forandringer i immunforsvaret, dysfunksjoner i det muskulære eller nevromuskulære systemet, forekomst av noen onkologisk karbonologi kan være bak denne sykdommen, men det er ikke alltid en konkret grunn som forklarer tretthet og smerte. 

Av denne grunn  insisterer det  spanske samfunnet av fibromyalgi og kronisk tretthetssyndrom (Sefifac) at  dette er en sykdom i seg selv og som sådan bør behandles  .

Dette samfunnet understreker at smerten og tretthet forårsaket av syndromet er todelt, dels  fysisk  og på den andre  sosial  fordi ikke forskjellen mellom en logisk tretthet eller en smerte forårsaket av en bestemt omstendighet og kronisk tretthet forstås i alle tilfeller, som er ubøyelig og vanskelig å diagnostisere. 

I denne forstand har ulike sammensetninger av kronisk tretthetssyndrom nylig uttrykt sin  avvisning av veiledningen utgitt av INSS  om denne og andre sykdommer fordi de anser at noen av deres anbefalinger, for eksempel praksis med gradvis trening, ikke er mest hensiktsmessige for folk som lider av denne patologien.

Sykdommen kan påvirke alle, selv om utseendet er hyppigere i voksen alder, mellom 40 og 60 år. I tillegg til ekstrem tretthet, kan andre symptomer som er forbundet med søvnproblemer, hyppige hodepine, samt i muskler og ledd (fibromyalgi), appetittmangel, problemer med å konsentrere seg og minnesforringelse …

Når det gjelder behandlinger, fortsetter undersøkelsene å finne en som er effektiv. Den  bruk av medikamenter mot smerter  og anbefalinger om vaner og sunt kosthold er noen av løsningene som forsøker å lindre dette syndromet som å leve hver dag, er virkelig en innsats.
