Glutenforbindelsen fibromyalgi og naturlige løsninger

Fibromyalgi,  som de fleste moderne “syndromer”, betraktes som “idiopatisk” – et elegant ord for “vi ikke vet”  og brukes ofte som en unnskyldning for ikke å se nærmere på de dype årsakene til pasientens lidelse. Konvensjonell behandling er palliativ, i beste fall og skadelig i verste fall – en annen grunn til at naturlige metoder er svært nødvendige.

Fibromyalgi smerter i ryggen

Heldigvis har en betydelig undersøkelse akkumulert naturlige metoder og  løsninger for fibromyalgi  som fokuserer på diettmodifikasjon, på å unngå eksponering for kjemikalier og bruk av ortomolekylær ernæring, dvs. vitaminer, biologiske kofaktorer, mineraler , etc.

Tilkoblingen av glutenfibromyalgi

En nylig studie indikerer at  forbruket av hvete kan spille en viktig rolle i fibromyalgi,  en tilstand som kjennetegnes hovedsakelig ved leddsmerter langtids, muskler, sener og andre myke vev, men er også knyttet til tretthet, depresjon, angst, søvnproblemer og hodepine.

Publisert i  BMC Gastroenterology  , med tittelen “Klinisk virkningen av en glutenfri diett på helse – relatert livskvalitet i sju pasienter med fibromyalgi assosiert med cøliaki,” forskerne beskriver sin mest relevante funn som følger:

“Den bemerkelsesverdige forbedringen som ble oppnådd for alle utfallsmålene etter ett år med uavbrutt glutenfritt diett hos 7 kvinner med cøliaki, tidligere kategorisert som pasienter med alvorlig inflammatorisk tarmsyndrom og fibromyalgi.”

Forskere påpekte at fibromyalgi syndromet er en sykdom hvis årsaker fortsatt er gåtefulle, uten for tiden tilgjengelig bildebehandlingsteknologi eller tilgjengelige analytiske tester for en objektiv diagnose.

Grunn grunnen er at resultatene er svært lovende i behandlingen av pasienter med denne sykdommen gjennom eliminering av gluten, og kanskje for å identifisere tilstanden, som en av hundrevis av mulige ekstra intestinale manifestasjoner av følsomhet overfor cøliaki gluten, eller ikke cøliaki.

“Denne hypotesen synes å være i samsvar med økt forekomst av fibromyalgi, beskrevet hos kvinner med ulike kroniske inflammatoriske prosesser i fordøyelseskanalen, og det faktum at våre pasienter rapporterte en langsiktig historie magtarmkanalen utbredt i flere tiår før utbruddet av symptomer på fibromyalgi.

Spesielt er triadkomorbiditeten til irritabel tarmsyndrom, kronisk tretthet og muskuloskeletale smerter ansett som overraskende, og andre forfattere har antydet at det kan peke på en felles mekanisme for underliggende matoverfølsomhet. “

Ytterligere naturlige inngrep for fibromyalgi

Forskning på fibromyalgi har økt betydelig de siste to tiårene, med mange naturlige tiltak nå oppmerksomhet og stadig økende klinisk validering. Disse inkluderer:

magnesium

Det har vært kjent siden minst 1994 at pasienter med fibromyalgi har lavere nivåer av magnesium i deres røde blodlegemer enn vanlige mennesker. I tillegg  fant en studie i 2008 at pasienter med fibromyalgi har en sammenheng mellom tretthet og serummagnesiumnivå .

Så tidlig som 1995 bekreftet forskerne i en dobbeltblind, randomisert, placebokontrollert studie at en kombinasjon av eddiksyre (200 mg) og magnesium (50 mg) er en effektiv behandling for pasienter med primær fibromyalgi.

1999 en undersøkelse vist at pasienter med fibromyalgi hadde høyere konsentrasjoner av kalsium og magnesium i hår, og at tilskudd av disse mineralene redusert antallet ømme punkter, noe som indikerer deres terapeutiske potensiale rolle i behandling.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D-mangel er vanlig hos pasienter med fibromyalgi og forekommer oftest hos pasienter med angst og depresjon. En 2009 studie funnet at behandling med vitamin D hos pasienter med fibromyalgi resulterte i en svak kortvarig forbedring i den totale resultatet av virkningen av fibromyalgi.

En nyere undersøkelse i 2014 fant at optimalisering av vitamin D-nivåer i pasienter med fibromyalgi hadde en positiv effekt på smerteopplevelse.

Cellfood

En enkelt – blindoverkrysnings, randomisert, placebo – kontrollert studie i 2007 som omfatter 320 fag, funnet at et supplement kalt  Cellfood (deutrosulfazyme), økte oksygennivåene mens redusert oksidativt stress i kroppen, noe som forbedrer symptomene av fibromyalgi og livskvalitet.

Koenzym Q10

En 2007 studie funnet at antioksidant nivåer og mitokondrielle kofaktor og koenzym Q10 er ca. 40% lavere i pasienter med fibromyalgi, sammenlignet med friske kontroller, noe som indikerer en mulig terapeutisk rolle i bruk for å ta opp denne mangel.

D-Ribosa

En studie fra 1985 viste at D-ribose signifikant reduserte kliniske symptomer hos 66% av pasientene som lider av denne sykdommen og kronisk utmattelsessyndrom.

Vitamin C og Brokkoli

En studie fra 2000 viste at en kombinasjon av et kosttilskudd av vitamin C (100 mg) og brokkoli (400 mg) resulterte i en 20,1% reduksjon i smerte og en reduksjon på 17,8% i Fibromyalgi påvirkning score.

Unngå følgende toksiner

I tillegg til disse palliative rettsmidler og endringer i kosthold, bør det påpekes til leserens oppmerksomhet om at miljøpåvirkninger er hovedårsakene på listen, noe som bidrar til fibromyalgi. Da må du ta hensyn til:

Brystimplantater

En casestudie av 2001 etablerte terapeutiske verdien av fjerning av aspartam og mononatriumglutamat i kostholdet til pasienter med fibromyalgi viste igjen i 2012 være spesielt problematisk for pasienter med fibromyalgi

Adjuvansvacciner

Det har vært hypoteset at bruken av aluminiumbaserte hjelpestoffer, som aluminiumhydroksid i vaksiner for å stimulere TH2-polen av immunitet, kan resultere i muskuloskeletale smerter som er konsistente med forhold som fibromyalgi.

Komplementære terapier for fibromyalgi

Til slutt, og kanskje mest interessant, er det faktum at det har vært mer enn 20 forskjellige terapeutiske tiltak studert for å forbedre pasientene, inkludert:

Mindfulness Training

En studie fra 2007 viste at tanketrening forbedret depresjon hos pasienter med denne tilstanden, som i en lignende studie i 2009. En 2009-studie fant at det reduserte deres psykiske lidelse.

yoga

En studie fra 2007 viste at øvelsen av yoga har terapeutiske effekter hos pasienter med fibromyalgi, som gjorde en lignende studie i 2010, noe som resulterte i en forbedring av standardiserte tiltak av symptomer og funksjon av fibromyalgi, inkludert smerte, tretthet og humør, og i smerte fra traumatiske opplevelser, aksept og andre overlevelsesstrategier. “

En studie fra 2011 viste at en åtte-ugers yogaintervensjon resulterte i en forbedring i smerte, psykologisk funksjon og oppmerksomhet, og endringer i kortisolnivåer hos kvinner  med fibromyalgi.

Guidede bilder

En studie fra 2006 viste at guidet bilder forbedret funksjonell status og følelse av selvvirkning for å kontrollere smerte og andre symptomer på fibromyalgi.

En studie fra 2008 viste at avslapning i kombinasjon med guidede bilder forbedret tilstanden til pasienter med fibromyalgi.

Rå mat

En studie fra 2001 viste at 19 av 30 pasienter med denne tilstanden opplevde en signifikant forbedring i tilstanden deres, etter implementeringen av en diett av rå matvarer i flertallet.
