C’est l’histoire de nombreux patients atteints de fibromyalgie qui souffrent de fibromyalgie et de crampes dans les jambes. Et certains d’entre eux ne réalisent même pas le lien avec les crampes musculaires débilitantes et les spasmes à leur fibro. Cependant, l’American College of Rheumatology dit que 42% des personnes souffrant de fibromyalgie et de crampes dans les jambes. C’est en fait un symptôme différent de la douleur musculaire droite qui affecte 100% des patients fibro. Alors qu’est-ce qui cause ces crampes ou spasmes dans les jambes et souvent les pieds aussi? Franchement, ils ne savent pas vraiment ce qui cause la fibromyalgie et les crampes aux jambes. Au moins pas en ce qui concerne les patients atteints de fibromyalgie en particulier. Alors passons simplement à trouver des moyens de l’atténuer. Il existe de nombreuses techniques pour traiter la fibromyalgie et les crampes dans les jambes. Vous avez juste à trouver celui qui fonctionne pour vous. Nous n’en couvrirons que deux ici.

Magnésium

Le  Journal of Integrative Medicine a  rapporté une étude sur le magnésium et ses effets sur la fibromyalgie menée à la Mayo Clinic. La première étude de son genre, étudiée, a examiné l’efficacité du magnésium appliqué par voie topique pour soulager six symptômes différents associés à la fibromyalgie, y compris les crampes musculaires. L’étude a révélé qu’après deux semaines d’application d’une solution appelée «Fibro Flex» sur leur peau, les patients atteints de fibromyalgie ont constaté une amélioration après seulement deux semaines d’utilisation régulière. L’amélioration a été maintenue pendant la durée de l’étude qui a duré quatre semaines.

“Cette étude a confirmé la recherche médicale existante, qui dit que le maintien des taux sériques de magnésium thérapeutique a été lié à une diminution des symptômes de la fibromyalgie, y compris la dépression, le point sensible et la fatigue”, explique la National Fibromyalgia Association. Mis à part une certaine irritation de la peau sur laquelle le spray a été appliqué, les sujets testés n’ont eu aucun autre effet secondaire négatif. Étant donné que la plupart des gens dans l’Ouest souffre d’une carence en magnésium, cela pourrait être utile pour plus que des crampes musculaires de la fibromyalgie.

TENS Machines et appareils EMS

Y a-t-il d’autres méthodes?

Il y a absolument d’autres méthodes pour soulager la douleur souvent débilitante et agonisante des crampes / spasmes musculaires qui accompagnent la fibromyalgie. La vitamine E est très utile pour les crampes musculaires, en particulier pour ceux qui vivent une vie plutôt sédentaire. Beaucoup ont eu beaucoup de succès avec le médicament d’ordonnance Lyrica, qui est l’un des produits pharmaceutiques les plus couramment utilisés pour traiter la fibromyalgie de toute façon.

But you’ll need to begin by visiting a quality acupuncturist or acupressurist first in order to get some direction. Yoga is exceptionally beneficial for keeping the muscles stretched and mobile. This leads to greater blood flow and minimizes cramping. For some fibro patients, it works completely. The keys are to not overdo it and to listen to your body. One more option is called the Bowen technique, also known as Bowen therapy. Similar to acupressure, this technique uses gentle rolling movements to promote healing and pain relief. It’s so effective that it’s even used for horses!
