Fibromyalgi och ensamhet: hur man kämpar mot isolering

När du kopplar från omvärlden bygger du en förstärkt vägg runt ditt liv för att blockera allt som skulle skada dig. Men vad händer om de åtgärder du vidtar för att skydda dig skapar mer skada? Vad händer om din vägg stoppar positiva inträde så mycket som det stoppar negativen?

Ännu viktigare, vad händer om den största faran kommer från dig? Bakom väggen du byggde finns det bara dig och fibromyalgi. Fibro är en väsentlig motståndare även när han bara observerar inverkan på hans fysiska hälsa. Men när du också tar hänsyn till sjukdoms psykologiska inverkan står du inför en farlig motståndare.

Fibro och depression

När de påverkas av fibromyalgi och depression, så många börjar de se omvärlden annorlunda. Detta är typen av depression; Det gör bra saker dåliga och dåliga saker ännu värre. Dessutom får det människor att ta sig illogiska och irrationella åtgärder i namnet depression. För många människor med fibro är depression inte problemet; Problemet är vad du gör för att bekämpa depression.

  • Ignorerar media när de kommunicerar med dig
  • Se bara de negativa aspekterna i samband med sociala förbindelser

Ibland är uttagning ett normalt och hälsosamt beteende, men problem uppstår när intensitet och varaktighet läggs till vid tillbakadragandet. Människor som drar sig tillbaka blir människor som isolerar sig, vilket leder till den skadliga cykeln av depression, isolering och fibrosprutor. Varje påverkar den andra och leder till alltmer negativa symtom.

Varje problem har dock en lösning. Vill du behålla eller bygga ett aktivt socialt liv samtidigt som du reducerar fibrosymptom? Så här:

Se väggen

Isolering sker inte snabbt; Om det inte finns en traumatisk händelse som utlöser isoleringen sker det långsamt över tiden.

Kanske hans fibro sammanföll i de dagar han hade planer på att besöka med vänner. Genom att avbryta sina planer byggde han oavsiktligt sin vägg och rör sig mot isolering. På kort tid blir den oavsiktliga kopplingen mellan fibro och isolering en vana i varje regel.

Personer som är isolerade gör det av en anledning. Även om orsaken kanske inte är meningsfull, finns det en anledning.

Om du inte hittar orsaken kan du inte se väggen för vad den är. Väggens ursprungliga syfte kan ha förvrängts eller överdrivits över tiden.

Varför är din vägg där? Vad hoppades du uppnå genom att bygga väggen? Vilka faktorer leder till att väggen upprättas när den var? Varför byggde du inte väggen innan? Vilka åtgärder eller reaktioner gör väggen större och starkare?

För att ta bort väggen måste du förstå vad väggen är för. Denna information kommer att ge en bättre förklaring av de implementerade system som upprätthåller deras isolering.

Kassera positiven och se negativen

Isoleringen kommer att fortsätta så länge du kasta bort negativen och se de positiva aspekterna på väggen. Om du tror att isolering skyddar dig från de oavsiktliga konsekvenserna av relationer eller från andras vrede och aggression, kommer isolationen att fortsätta.

Om du tror att det inte finns något positivt som kommer upp med sociala interaktioner, kommer det inte att finnas någon motivation att övervinna ditt nuvarande tillstånd. Väggen kommer att förbli.

För att avsluta isoleringen bör du se alternativsynpunkten. Detta kräver bara ett nytt perspektiv och en vilja att acceptera att deras uppfattningar av relationer kan påverkas negativt av fibrorelaterad depression.

Kom ihåg att depression vill att du ska vara mer deprimerad, så du kommer orättvist att lyfta fram de negativa aspekterna i ditt liv för att uppnå ditt mål.

Slutligen bör du ta en titt på ditt förflutna med socialisering och isolering.

  1. Skapa en lista över personer med vilka du är intresserad av att ha relationer med separerade personer i familj, vänner och medarbetare
  2. Gör en lista över de positiva aspekter som uppnåtts genom det sociala förhållandet
  3. Gör en lista över de möjligheter som gick förlorade på grund av din sociala isolering
  4. Gör en lista över framtida möjligheter som kommer att gå vilse om din isolering fortsätter

Listan börjar ångra isoleringen genom att fokusera mer på det bra som kommer med socialisering.

Slå ner väggen

Att använda listor för att betona de positiva aspekterna av att vara socialt och de negativa aspekterna av isolering är värdefullt, men det räcker inte ensam. För att verkligen riva ner väggen måste du aktivt involvera andra människor i ditt liv.

Genom att ringa, besöka vänner och öka onlinekontakt börjar du återställa de kunskaper som krävs för att upprätthålla bra relationer.

Vid denna tidpunkt undersöker många människor deras tillgängliga support men kan inte se många alternativ. En långvarig isoleringsperiod kommer att förfalska andra eftersom de inte fick den ömsesidighet som krävs för att njuta av relationen.

Detta gör att nedbrytningen av väggen är ännu mer utmanande eftersom den måste gå utöver sina vanliga beteenden för att ändra relationer. Du måste verkligen övertyga andra om att förhållandet kommer att vara annorlunda den här gången.

Det blir din uppgift att undvika att locka isolering innan det kan börja. Om det är för sent för förebyggande, bör du inspektera och förstöra väggen på plats. Bara när väggen är låg kan du bli av med isoleringen.
