Muskuloskeletalsmerter  i noen deler av kroppen, som varer i mer enn tre måneder, og uten åpenbar grunn, i tillegg til  søvnforstyrrelser  , hodepine, kolitt, angst og depresjon, kan referere til kronisk  utmattelsessyndrom  og fibromyalgi, en tilstand som må være deltatt av en spesialist, rapporterte det meksikanske instituttet for sosial sikkerhet (IMSS) i staten.

Denne sykdommen er hyppigere hos mennesker som har en traumatisk historie, ulykker, infeksjoner, operasjoner og arbeidstress.

Lederen for IMSS helsefremmende og forebyggende tjeneste for arbeidere, Jorge Alberto Cabrera Estrada, rapporterte at de i omsorgen som gis til pasienten, læres hvordan de kan identifisere smerteutløsere, som for eksempel kulde, fuktighet, stillesittende livsstil eller fysisk hyperaktivitet, stress og søvnløshet.

For å forhindre denne sykdommen anbefales det fra tidlig alder å gjennomføre moderate øvelser to eller tre ganger i uken og ha et godt kosthold for å forhindre denne sykdommen.

En annen faktor som kan utløse denne sykdommen er arbeidstidenes stress. Aerob trening med lav innvirkning som varer 20 til 30 minutter og unngå øvelser som øker smerte, slik at pasienten som er identifisert med sykdommen blir henvist til Social Security Centers (CSS) slik at de kan “kvitte seg med den spenningen. “

Cabrera Estrada kommenterte at pasienter som er identifisert med fibromyalgi, i Social Security, mottar flerfaglig pleie hos internister, revmatologer, psykiatere, terapeuter og fysiske rehabilitatorer for full bedring.

Spesialisten indikerte til slutt at han i gruppen av kvinner stort sett er mottakelig for sykdommen, siden det er lett for dem å generere daglig stress, på grunn av deres profesjonelle oppgaver eller hjemme.
