  • Un’altra opzione è  applicare una garza o impacchi impregnati nella miscela e lasciarlo agire per 30 minuti  .

5. Ghiaccio

Ogni volta che pensiamo al disagio muscolare,  pensiamo immediatamente ai cubetti di ghiaccio  . Sono uno dei grandi antinfiammatori naturali che abbiamo sempre a portata di mano a casa.

  • Puoi facilmente applicare il freddo avvolgendo alcuni cubetti di ghiaccio in un asciugamano. Evitare di applicare direttamente il ghiaccio, poiché può causare ustioni alla pelle.
  • Quindi  lasciare agire il ghiaccio per 15 minuti  nell’area. Puoi fare questo trattamento 2 o 3 volte al giorno, ogni volta che ne hai bisogno.

6. Infusione di valeriana

Una delle piante più rilassanti che troviamo è la valeriana. Puoi preparare un’infusione di valeriana per rilassare il corpo sia fisicamente che mentalmente grazie alle sue proprietà analgesiche. Lo afferma questo studio dell’Università di Shiraz (Iran).

ingredienti

  • 1 tazza di acqua (250 ml)
  • 1 cucchiaio di valeriana (15 g)

Preparazione

  • Aggiungi un cucchiaio di valeriana in una tazza di acqua bollente e lascia in infusione per 5 o 10 minuti.
  • Trascorso il tempo indicato, filtrare e bere.

Idealmente,  prenderlo la sera prima di dormire in modo che il corpo si riprenda  durante tutte le ore notturne.

7. Olio di lavanda

L’olio di lavanda ora può essere il tuo miglior alleato per combattere gli spasmi muscolari. Come la valeriana, la lavanda ha proprietà molto rilassanti (come spiega questo articolo dello Shefa Neuroscience Research Center), motivo per cui viene utilizzata anche in così tanti deodoranti per ambienti.

  • Per usarlo, prendi l’olio di lavanda da un erborista (se lo desideri, puoi prepararlo da solo).
  • Applicalo sulla zona interessata e massaggia fino a quando non viene riassorbito.
