7 REGRAS PARA VIVER COM FIBROMIALGIA

A fibromialgia (FMS), apenas dedolor fadiga crônica e sem tratamento, embora ele falou com a maioria dos médicos de clínica geral, você pode pensar que essas eram as únicas pessoas desenvolvem sintomas. FMS é uma condição complexa, mutifactoral e é uma condição de exclusão. Em outras palavras, deve ser excluída muitas, muitas condições antes de um diagnóstico pode ser feito. Ele pode, e no meu caso tem, afetou quase todos os sistemas do meu corpo da minha pele e no trato gastrointestinal das articulações e músculos e não esquecendo o meu cérebro. Ele teve um efeito catastrófico sobre a minha carreira, que eu amei. Devastou a vida social e vida familiar nunca mais será a mesma novamente.

Tudo isso pode soar derrotista, mas a melhor coisa que tenho feito é aceitar e se adaptar às mudanças na minha vida. Com isto em mente, eu vim com uma lista de regras para mim mesmo. Não só fiz-los a partir do zero, que têm evoluído organicamente realmente só nos últimos anos.

1. Compreender sua perspectiva família e amigos.

Viver com FMS é complicada porque é uma condição tão complexa. Além de viver com esta condição, eu pesquisei muito! É difícil de entender, é difícil de explicar e difícil de descrever.

Há um famoso ditado: “Se você não pode explicar a um 6 anos de idade que não entende a si mesmo.”

Se você não pode explicar, descrever, muito menos entender, como posso esperar que outras pessoas? Seja paciente com as pessoas – eles vão dizer coisas que ferem, eles vão esperar mais de você do que você pode realizar. Você pode pensar que você é preguiçoso e tem que manter a explicar-se, mas, acima de tudo, muito provavelmente só quero ficar melhor. Eles não entendem, porque você não entender-se plenamente. Eu acho que a melhor maneira é apenas ser honesto. Diga-lhes que, se você não pode fazer algo, mas o que você pode fazer. Diga-lhes quando você está tendo um mau dia ou um ataque de asma, mas quando o dia é “bom”. Diga-lhes os seus sintomas, mesmo em um bom dia, mas não espere-los a compreender até que você faça!

2. Ter o seu novo normal.

Você tem uma doença crónica que não vai melhorar ou desaparecer. Você pode ter a sorte de ter uma recessão, mas a maioria de nós não hacen.Aprender a viver com ela, aprender a lidar com isso. Torne-se auto-consciente e entender os seus sintomas. Você pode não entender completamente a condição, mas conhecer os sintomas que você tem antes de um ataque de asma, por exemplo. Eu sei que se eu conseguir gânglios inchados, febre e perda de apetite, haverá um surto nas próximas 48 horas. A coisa mais importante é planejar o seu dia em torno de seus sintomas. I tendem a ter mais energia depois de um banho de manhã. Eu geralmente precisam de uma soneca no meio do dia e minha dor está no seu pior à noite. Este é o meu padrão geral, mas eu tenho que aceitar as alterações como eles vêm e novos sintomas que surgem. Isso é normal para mim agora. Tudo isso faz parte de viver com uma doença crônica.

3. Desfrute de forma holística.

Eu não só fibromialgia, também tenho enxaquecas, dores de cabeça cluster e tonturas. Eu tento não para mantê-los afastados uns dos outros. Trate-se como um todo e não como uma lista de condições. Seus sintomas são parte de você se você vir de qualquer condição.

4. Criar um novo padrão para si mesmo e estar orgulhoso de suas realizações.

Ajustar o seu critério. Se você não pode fazer algo assim antes, fazer o que o seu novo padrão pode fazer e ter orgulho disso. Eu sei que, se eu tentasse fazer um passeio de cinco milhas com o cão, não só foi ele que vai ser eliminado, o cão provavelmente também. Mas, se formos para a nossa caminhada de 20 minutos no parque e que ambos se sentir bem, mesmo em um dia ruim. Pode parecer trivial para alguns, mas todos os dias, sinto-me orgulhoso de mim mesmo para se levantar e tomar essa caminhada. Não punir a si mesmo se você não pode mais fazer as coisas que uma vez utilizado.

Pense sobre a teoria do boom e do busto. Todos nós, inadvertidamente ou involuntariamente. Em um bom dia, você está fazendo tudo o que você pode, porque você não sabe quando seu próximo bom dia. Então, no próximo dia, que estão em dor e fadiga intensas, então não faça nada para se recuperar e esperar mais um bom dia em breve. A teoria é, fazer menos nos bons dias e nos dias ruins. A idéia é tornar-se o tempo em vez de se concentrar especialmente focado. Em outras palavras, defina um tempo para a atividade em vez de apenas a tarefa completa normal.

5. Planeje que o lixo aconteça e aceite que você terá sintomas horríveis.

A vida não é perfeita. Às vezes, você pode planejar e passear-se com cuidado, mas sempre haverá algo que altera sua vida. Não deixe que ele perturba.Mierda acontece a todos. Nós apenas temos que aceitar o que acontece e espero que seja dias maus e ataques de asma é apenas uma parte de ter a doença. Verifique se você tem um surto de caixa bem equipado. Este deve ser sempre parte do plano.

6. Peça ajuda e aceitar ajuda.

Você não pode fazer isso sozinho, você tem que pedir ajuda. Esta é uma das lições mais difíceis que eu aprendi. Você pode pensar que é um sinal de fraqueza para pedir ajuda, e que sempre foi mais rápido e mais fácil de fazê-lo apenas solo.Por Infelizmente, isso pode não ser o caso. Pedindo agora é obrigatório. Aceitar ajuda pode ser igualmente difícil, mas é hora de alguém para tomar a tensão. Vida com FMS não é fácil. Não é muitas vezes que as pessoas pedem ajuda, por isso quando o fazem, é propício. Seus entes queridos não quero ver você lutar, vai querer ajudar, então eles e mostrar apreciação com um sorriso e um obrigado. Isso é tudo o que eles querem em troca.

7. Não tenha medo de deixar que você definir.

Eu não quero ir para a cama e deixá-lo assumir sua vida. Eu só acho que não devemos ter medo de que as pessoas saibam que temos uma condição que afeta nossas vidas. A vida é difícil o suficiente sem tornando-o mais difícil de ignorar os problemas que podem morder. Você deve ser capaz de dizer aos outros que existem coisas que você pode e não pode fazer por causa dos sintomas que você.
