Tinnitus   ist der medizinische Begriff für   “Hörgeräusche”    in den Ohren, wenn keine externen Geräusche zu hören sind. Die Töne, die Sie hören, können leise oder laut sein und wie ein Pfeifen, ein Pfeifen, ein Brüllen, ein Summen, ein Pfeifen, ein Flüstern oder ein Zwitschern klingen     Man könnte sogar denken, dass er dem Entweichen von Luft, fließendem Wasser, dem Inneren einer Meeresschnecke oder Musiknoten lauscht    .

Überlegungen   Tinnitus ist häufig. Fast alle Menschen leiden von Zeit zu Zeit an einer milden Form von Tinnitus, die nur wenige Minuten anhält. Ständiger oder wiederkehrender Tinnitus ist jedoch stressig und kann die Konzentration oder den Schlaf beeinträchtigen.

Ursachen   Es ist nicht sicher bekannt, was eine Person dazu veranlasst ,    Geräusche zu    “hören” , wenn es keine externe Schallquelle gibt. 

Tinnitus kann jedoch ein Symptom für nahezu jedes Hörproblem sein, wie z.  

• Ohrenentzündungen

• Fremdkörper oder Cerumen im Ohr

• Hörverlust durch laute Geräusche

•  Morbus Menière, eine Innenohrstörung, die mit Hörverlust und Schwindel einhergeht  

• Der Konsum von Alkohol, Koffein, Antibiotika, Acetylsalicylsäure (Aspirin) und anderen Drogen kann ebenfalls Ohrgeräusche verursachen

• Tinnitus kann zu Hörverlust führen. Manchmal ist es ein Zeichen von Bluthochdruck, Allergie oder Anämie. In seltenen Fällen ist Tinnitus ein Anzeichen für ein ernstes Problem wie einen Tumor oder ein Aneurysma. 

Häusliche Pflege

Tinnitus kann mit anderen Geräuschen maskiert werden: Musik bei geringer Lautstärke, Ticken von Uhren oder andere Geräusche können Ihnen helfen, Tinnitus nicht zu bemerken. Wenn Sie sich nachts hinlegen, macht sich das Summen oft deutlicher bemerkbar, da die Umgebung ruhiger ist. 

Jeder Ton im Raum als Luftbefeuchter, eine Maschine, die gleichmäßige Rauschen oder Ventilator erzeugt, kann Maske Tinnitus helfen und macht es weniger irritierend.

• Lernen Sie einige Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Stress verursacht keinen Tinnitus, aber wenn Sie sich gestresst oder ängstlich fühlen, kann sich dies verschlimmern

• Vermeiden Sie Koffein, Alkohol und Tabak

• Holen Sie sich viel Ruhe

• Versuchen Sie, mit erhobenem Kopf zu schlafen

• Dies verringert die Verstopfung im Kopf und das Geräusch wird möglicherweise weniger wahrnehmbar

• Schützen Sie Ihre Ohren und Ihr Gehör, um weitere Schäden zu vermeiden

• Vermeiden Sie laute Orte und Geräusche

• Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf Ohrstöpsel.

Fragen Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Krankenschwester, ob:  

• Ohrgeräusche beginnen nach einer Kopfverletzung

• Geräusche mit anderen ungeklärten Symptomen wie    Schwindel, Gleichgewichtsstörungen, Übelkeit oder Erbrechen. 

• Es gibt ein unerklärliches Geräusch, das Sie auch nach Anwendung der Selbsthilfemaßnahmen stört.

• Das Geräusch ist nur in einem Ohr zu hören und hält mehrere Wochen oder länger an. 

Folgende Prüfungen können durchgeführt werden:  

• Audiologie / Audiometrie zur Beurteilung des Hörverlusts

• CT-Scan des Kopfes

• Magnetresonanz des Kopfes • Gefäßuntersuchungen (Angiographie). 

Fragen Sie  Ihren Arzt nach   all Ihren aktuellen Medikamenten, einschließlich rezeptfreier Medikamente, Vitamine und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel.
