Fibromyalgie en eenzaamheid: hoe je tegen isolatie kunt vechten

Wanneer je je losmaakt van de buitenwereld, bouw je een versterkte muur rond je leven om alles te blokkeren wat je pijn zou doen. Maar wat gebeurt er als de maatregelen die u neemt om uzelf te beschermen meer schade aanrichten? Wat gebeurt er als je muur de invoer van de positieven stopt en de negatieven stopt?

Wat nog belangrijker is, wat gebeurt er als het grootste gevaar van jou komt? Achter de muur die je hebt gebouwd, zijn alleen jij en fibromyalgie. Fibro is een substantiële tegenstander, zelfs wanneer hij alleen de impact op zijn lichamelijke gezondheid waarneemt. Maar wanneer je ook de psychologische impact van de ziekte in ogenschouw neemt, sta je voor een gevaarlijke tegenstander.

Fibro en depressie

Wanneer ze worden getroffen door fibromyalgie en depressie, zoals velen zijn, beginnen ze de buitenwereld anders te zien. Dit is de aard van depressie; Het maakt goede dingen slechte en slechte dingen nog erger. Bovendien zorgt het ervoor dat mensen onlogische en irrationele maatregelen nemen in de naam van depressie. Voor veel mensen met fibro is depressie niet het probleem; Het probleem is wat je doet om depressies te bestrijden.

Soms is terugtrekking een normaal en gezond gedrag, maar er doen zich problemen voor wanneer intensiteit en duur aan de opname worden toegevoegd. Mensen die zich terugtrekken, worden mensen die zichzelf isoleren, wat leidt tot de schadelijke cyclus van depressie, isolatie en fibro-spruiten. Elk beïnvloedt de ander en leidt tot steeds negatievere symptomen.

Elk probleem heeft echter een oplossing. Wil je een actief sociaal leven behouden of opbouwen terwijl je fibro-symptomen vermindert? Dit is hoe:

Zie de muur

Isolatie gebeurt niet snel; Tenzij er een traumatische gebeurtenis plaatsvindt die de isolatie triggert, treedt deze langzaam op in de loop van de tijd.

Misschien viel zijn fibro samen in de dagen dat hij plannen had om met vrienden te bezoeken. Door zijn plannen te annuleren, bouwde hij per ongeluk zijn muur en ging hij op weg naar isolatie. In korte tijd wordt de toevallige associatie tussen fibro en isolatie een gewoonte in elke regel.

Mensen die geïsoleerd zijn, doen dit met een reden. Hoewel de reden misschien niet logisch is, is er een reden.

Als je de reden niet kunt vinden, kun je de muur niet zien zoals hij is. Het oorspronkelijke doel van de muur kan in de loop van de tijd zijn vervormd of overdreven.

Waarom is jouw muur daar? Wat hoopte je te bereiken door de muur te bouwen? Welke factoren hebben ertoe geleid dat de muur werd opgericht toen deze was? Waarom heb je de muur niet eerder gebouwd? Welke acties of reacties maken de muur groter en sterker?

Om de muur te verwijderen, moet je begrijpen waarvoor de muur is. Deze informatie geeft een betere verklaring van de geïmplementeerde systemen die hun isolatie behouden.

Gooi de positieven weg en zie de negatieven

Isolatie zal doorgaan zolang je de negatieven weggooit en de positieve kanten van de muur ziet. Als je gelooft dat isolatie je beschermt tegen de onbedoelde gevolgen van relaties of tegen de woede en agressie van anderen, zal het isolement doorgaan.

Als je denkt dat er niets positiefs is dat met sociale interacties te maken heeft, zal er geen motivatie zijn om je huidige toestand te overwinnen. De muur zal blijven.

Om het isolement te beëindigen, zou u het alternatieve gezichtspunt moeten zien. Dit vereist alleen een nieuw perspectief en de bereidheid om te accepteren dat hun percepties van relaties negatief beïnvloed kunnen worden door fibro-gerelateerde depressie.

Onthoud dat depressie je depressiever wil maken, dus je zult ten onrechte de negatieve aspecten in je leven benadrukken om je doel te bereiken.

Ten slotte moet je nog een keer naar je verleden kijken met socialisatie en isolatie.

  1. Maak een lijst van mensen met wie u geïnteresseerd bent in relaties met gescheiden mensen in familie, vrienden en collega’s
  2. Maak een lijst van de positieve aspecten die bereikt zijn door de sociale relatie
  3. Maak een lijst van de kansen die verloren zijn gegaan door uw sociale isolatie
  4. Maak een lijst met toekomstige kansen die verloren gaan als uw isolatie doorgaat

Deze lijst begint het isolement ongedaan te maken door meer te focussen op het goede dat hoort bij socialisatie.

Sla de muur neer

Het gebruik van lijsten om de positieve aspecten van sociaal zijn en de negatieve aspecten van isolatie te benadrukken is waardevol, maar het is niet alleen genoeg. Om de muur echt af te breken, moet je andere mensen actief betrekken in je leven.

Door te bellen, vrienden te bezoeken en online contact te vergroten, begint u de vaardigheden te herstellen die nodig zijn om goede relaties te onderhouden.

Op dit punt onderzoeken veel mensen hun beschikbare ondersteuningen, maar zien ze niet veel opties. Een langdurige periode van isolement zal anderen vervreemden, omdat ze niet het niveau van wederkerigheid kregen dat nodig was om van de relatie te genieten.

Dit maakt het breken van de muur zelfs nog uitdagender omdat het hun standaardgedrag moet overstijgen om relaties aan te passen. Je zult anderen echt moeten overtuigen dat de relatie dit keer anders zal zijn.

Overweeg de herverbinding te starten met een verontschuldiging. U kunt zich ongemakkelijk voelen, maar het zal zeer nuttig zijn om uw doelen te bereiken.

Isolatie is een zelfopgelegde gevangenis die meer doet om uit het goede te blijven dan wat het doet om kwaad te voorkomen. Met de invloed van depressie is isolatie een natuurlijk bestanddeel van fibromyalgie.

Het wordt jouw taak om isolatie te vermijden voordat het kan beginnen. Als het te laat is om te voorkomen, moet u de muur op zijn plaats inspecteren en vernietigen. Alleen als de muur laag is, kun je de isolatie verwijderen.
