how to clean the lymphatic system

Researchers found that the lymphatic system is of vital importance for both tissue repair and control of inflammation in most organs of the human body.

The obstruction of the drainage of the lymphatic system, gives rise to a deteriorated immune system, or even tumors in the lymphatic ganglia. Even if you exercise your body every day, it is also necessary to exercise your lymphatic system, helping it to drain properly. Keeping the lymphatic system in great shape is necessary for optimal health.

Why you must detoxify your lymphatic system

You probably already know that we are exposed to a large amount of toxins every day, to be more specific about 82,000 different toxins.

When toxins accumulate and you have not done detoxification, our system and organs become overloaded and compromise our overall health.

This is where  the lymphatic system  comes into play. The lymphatic system cleanses the fluid that surrounds the cells of your body by removing impurities and waste products. This helps the body cells to function properly.

An unhealthy lymphatic system can lead to serious health problems such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity, pain and discomfort, bloating and problems with digestion.

Natural methods for a deep cleansing of the lymphatic system

Drink enough water

Your body needs approximately one tablespoon of water per pound (0.45 kilograms) to stay properly hydrated and keep the lymphatic fluid flowing properly.

Eat enough vegetables

Get enough vitamins C and B. Avoid foods that are difficult to digest, particularly fatty foods, animal products and especially sugar. Avoid processed foods that contain artificial preservatives, flavorings and colors. Eat raw nuts, cereals and avocados to get the essential fatty acids your lymphatic system needs.

Eat raw fruits and vegetables

Eat raw fruits and vegetables, which contain enzymes that work mightily to cleanse the lymphatic system. Drink sugar-free cranberry juice diluted to emulsify the fat in the lymphatic system.

Herbs

Take cleaning herbs alone or in tea or tincture to clean the lymphatic system. Some of the herbs useful for purifying the lymphatic system include the astragalus, the clove, the echinacea, the golden seal, the phytolac and the wild indigo.

The following six herbs can be taken alone or in combination of two or more herbs in a tea or tincture.

Echinacea

Echinacea spp .) Not only is it a potent immune stimulation, Echinacea combines well with the talus to decrease congestion and swelling in the lymphatic system.

The body has no organ other than the heart to pump the lymph. That means that the lymph is based on deep breathing and exercises to move.

While performing the cleansing of the lymphatic system, be sure to increase aerobic exercise – try brisk walking, bouncing on a mini trampoline or jogging (link). In addition, it is important to take time to practice deep breathing and exercises to help pump the lymph with fresh oxygen.

In-depth cleansing of the lymphatic system is the key to efficient long-term weight loss and great health. It is also the key to experiencing great health and life  without pain .
