Fibromyalgie et douleur des fléchisseurs de la hanche.

Il n’est pas rare d’avoir des problèmes de fléchisseur de la hanche ou de douleur dans cette région lorsqu’on vit avec la fibromyalgie. Les fléchissements de la hanche, de la hanche et des douleurs au bas du dos sont en corrélation avec les zones de fibromyalgie dues aux zones sensibles autour du dos, aux points de déclenchement beaucoup plus bas et à d’autres conditions des zones qui affectent les zones environnantes. 


Les fléchisseurs de hanche permettent aux hanches de bouger avec souplesse. Vous vous donnez ces muscles chaque fois que vous déplacez vos jambes, ce qui signifie que vos hanches sont impliquées dans la plupart des mouvements que vous effectuez au cours de la journée en moyenne.

Une personne en bonne santé ne réalise pas à quelle fréquence elle utilise les fléchisseurs de la hanche, mais une personne vivant avec la fibromyalgie ressent des douleurs au fléchisseur de la hanche et en sera plus consciente plus souvent.

Personnellement, j’ai fait face à la douleur liée à la flexion de la hanche et, par la suite, j’ai renforcé ces secteurs et, en même temps, j’ai développé un fibro plus sûr lors de mes exercices complets d’hystérectomie il ya trois ans. Oui, je comprends. J’y reviendrai plus tard dans la partie inférieure de cet article.

Bien que certaines blessures et affections médicales connues puissent causer des douleurs aux fléchisseurs de la hanche, il peut être difficile d’identifier une cause directe de cette douleur chez les personnes atteintes de fibromyalgie, à l’exception de nombreuses activités quotidiennes auxquelles je me réfère souvent.

Nous pourrions considérer la douleur comme un symptôme de la maladie diagnostiquée ou prendre plus de temps pour déterminer la cause exacte de la douleur. Quoi qu’il en soit, la douleur de la fibromyalgie et du fléchisseur de la hanche est souvent débilitante si elle n’est pas traitée rapidement et efficacement.

Comprendre les  fléchisseurs F    de  la hanche et la douleur de l’ibromyalgie.

La flexion de la hanche est souvent appelée tendinite du fléchisseur. La douleur de cette maladie est généralement due à l’un ou aux deux des muscles suivants: Illicacus et psoas. Ces muscles ont tendance à être regroupés en une seule unité appelée iliopsoas. 


Le psoas est responsable de nombreux dos en général et de douleurs aux jambes qui raccourcissent le muscle pendant une longue période en raison de la position assise que la plupart des gens occupent toute la journée. Lorsque vous vous levez et recommencez à bouger, le muscle ne veut pas s’allonger et fonctionne correctement.

Pour ceux qui souffrent de fibromyalgie, la douleur peut provenir d’autres muscles qui aident à déplacer les hanches. Cela inclut les quadriceps, même si ces muscles sont plus bas que ceux de la plupart des fléchisseurs de la hanche.

Alors que la tendinite fléchisseur causée par un accident ou une question non liée à la fibromyalgie peut se concentrer sur une zone particulière du muscle ou de la hanche, les patients fibromyalgiques peuvent ressentir une douleur qui couvre toute la région du corps. La cause de la douleur est souvent inexpliquée, comme c’est souvent le cas avec la douleur fibromyalgique.

Traitement    Flexor   de la fibromyalgie et des douleurs à la hanche.

Un moyen simple de prévenir la douleur causée par la fibromyalgie et les fléchisseurs de la hanche consiste à éviter de rester assis dans la même position pendant une longue période. Levez-vous et déplacez-vous régulièrement afin que vos muscles n’aient pas le temps de se mettre dans la même position.

Vous m’entendez souvent me recommander l’exercice sans danger et efficace et l’importance de participer à tous les niveaux d’exercice pour que votre corps reste fort et souple, et c’est une autre recommandation pour les fléchisseurs et les douleurs à la hanche.

Flexion de la hanche

Plus vous apprenez à bouger et à compenser la compensation de l’angle, il est facile de prévenir certaines causes de douleur musculaire. Pouvez-vous me suivre sur la page? Les    habitants de Fibro peuvent    apprendre d’ autres façons de travailler en toute sécurité et en douceur dans les zones les plus vulnérables. Dans la section vidéos, vous verrez les exercices comme mes exercices “côte à côte” qui aident à travailler en douceur les hanches et le bas du dos, les piriformes et plus encore.

Je travaille également avec des femmes après une hystérectomie et d’autres chirurgies abdominales pour renforcer en douceur ces zones vulnérables. J’y suis allé et, oui, il est possible de se sentir fort après une hystérectomie et de vivre avec la complexité de la fibromyalgie et les conditions de la coopération.

La section du jeu ici est agréable à faire à tout moment, surtout après la séance. Nous portons une jambe jusqu’au genou (sans chaussures) en demandant doucement un pied à l’intérieur du genou ou plus bas si nécessaire (qui détend les hanches), tirons le bras du même côté et sentons le léger étirement des hanches à travers les obliques.

Si vous passez la majeure partie de la journée assis à un bureau, investissez dans une chaise de bureau hautement réglable. Placez la chaise la plus haute, permettant à vos hanches de se poser sur vos genoux. Cette position est plus saine pour les fléchisseurs de la hanche et peut éliminer la douleur causée par le raccourcissement des muscles dans le bureau d’une chaise de bureau typique. Vous pouvez également envisager un bureau permanent pouvant facilement augmenter votre espace de travail.

J’ai commencé à utiliser un bureau permanent l’année dernière et, très utile, je me tiens à mon bureau maintenant que je suis assis. (Remarque: certains panneaux de contrôle peuvent être difficiles pour les épaules vers le haut et le bas, il peut donc être nécessaire d’obtenir un bureau permanent qui utilise une commande électrique pour déplacer les poteaux.)

Une musculation régulière et des étirements très doux (effectués en toute sécurité) peuvent aider à garder des muscles forts et souples. Encore une fois, veillez à ne pas vous asseoir trop longtemps ni à saboter les efforts pour intégrer un exercice efficace.
