Je ne sais pas pour vous, mais si quelqu’un me disait que le chocolat aiderait mes symptômes de fibromyalgie, j’ai déjà tout. Cela a attiré mon attention récemment, alors naturellement, j’ai dû faire des recherches. Il s’avère qu’un chocolat noir de bonne qualité peut en fait aider. Mais avant de prendre la fuite, voyons quelques faits.

Saviez-vous que le chocolat amer contribue à améliorer la pression artérielle et la circulation sanguine? Parce qu’il améliore le flux sanguin vers le cerveau, il peut améliorer la mémoire et la clarté mentale. Il contient de puissants antioxydants qui aident à atténuer les effets négatifs des radicaux libres. Il a également été démontré que le chocolat noir avait une teneur élevée en certains des minéraux nécessaires aux personnes atteintes de FM, tels que le magnésium, le potassium, le manganèse et le sélénium.

Le chocolat amer contient moins de sucre et de gras plus sains. Il contient du cacao au lieu du cacao. La différence entre les deux est que le cacao est un chocolat minimalement traité, alors que le cacao est un chocolat chauffé et transformé chimiquement. Je suis sûr que vous pouvez deviner lequel est le plus sain. Les polyphénols contenus dans le chocolat noir peuvent effectivement contribuer à un intestin en meilleure santé. Il peut améliorer l’inflammation intestinale et réduire les fringales.
