Fibro-niebla en el síndrome de fibromialgia y fatiga crónica

La niebla cerebral (también llamada neblina fibroof o disfunción cognitiva) es una de las quejas más frecuentes de las personas con fibromialgia (FM) y síndrome de fatiga crónica (SFC).

 Para muchos, esto puede tener un gran impacto en sus vidas en forma de dolor. o la fatiga. Algunas personas incluso dicen que la niebla cerebral es el síntoma físico más incapacitante. ¿Qué causa el brainkit? Todavía no sabemos exactamente qué está causando la disfunción cognitiva en estas circunstancias, pero tenemos muchas teorías sobre posibles factores contribuyentes, entre ellos:

  • falta de  buenas noches de sueño

• volumen anormal de sangre o sangrado en el cráneo

• anomalías cerebrales

• envejecimiento prematuro del cerebro cerebro

• distracción mental debido al dolor

Con la FM, la niebla cerebral suele ser más intensa a medida que el dolor empeora. En FM o SFC, esto puede empeorar si está  ansioso, tiene prisa o enfrenta una sobrecarga emocional. La depresión , común en FM y SFC, también está  asociada con FibroFum. Sin embargo, algunos estudios muestran que la gravedad del velo cerebral no coincide con los síntomas de la depresión. 

Muchos de los medicamentos comunes para la FM y el SFC también pueden contribuir a la formación de un velo en el cerebro. 

Síntomas cerebrales de la niebla: 

• Los síntomas de confusión mental pueden variar de leves a severos. 

• A menudo varían de un día a otro y no todos los pacientes los tienen todos. 

Los síntomas incluyen:   Use palabras y memoria: 

• Dificultad para memorizar palabras conocidas, usar palabras incorrectas, recordar lentamente. 

Problemas con la memoria a corto plazo:  

• Olvidado, no puede recordar lo que ha leído o escuchado. 

• Desorientación espacial: al no reconocer un entorno familiar, se pierde fácilmente, es difícil recordar dónde está. Dificultades para realizar múltiples tareas:  

• Incapacidad para prestar atención a más de una cosa, para olvidar la tarea inicial en la distracción. 

• Los problemas de confusión y concentración, los problemas de procesamiento de la información, se distraen rápidamente. Matemáticas / problemas con los números: 

• Dificultades para realizar operaciones matemáticas simples, memorizar secuencias, transponer números, problemas para recordar números. 

• Algunas personas también pueden tener otros tipos de trastornos cerebrales. Niebla de cerebro y trastornos de aprendizaje:   hasta ahora, no tenemos evidencia de que nuestra niebla de cerebro se origine a partir de discapacidades de aprendizaje conocidas. 

Sin embargo, nuestros problemas son similares a los relacionados con afecciones como dislexia (problemas de lectura), afasia (dificultad para hablar) y discalculia (problemas de cálculo matemático / tiempo / espacio). Si cree que tiene una discapacidad mental, consulte a su médico. El diagnóstico puede ayudarlo a hacer ajustes razonables en el trabajo o reclamar beneficios por incapacidad. 

Tratamiento de la niebla cerebral  Para algunas personas, la niebla cerebral desaparece con un tratamiento eficaz para el dolor o los problemas del sueño. Sin embargo, no todas las personas pueden encontrar un tratamiento eficaz, dejando a un gran número de personas sin tratamiento para este problema. Los complementos son una opción común. Aunque no tenemos mucha evidencia para respaldar la efectividad, algunos médicos y personas con estas enfermedades han notado que los suplementos mejoran la función / pensamiento del cerebro. 

Los suplementos comunes para la niebla cerebral son:

• 5-HTP

•  Vitaminas B  

•  L-carnitina   • Colinas

•  Omega-3  (aceite de pescado) (Chia)

• Rhodiola

•  Hierba de San Juan  

• Teanina (aminoácido presente en las hojas de té) Algunos médicos recomiendan que los cambios en la dieta sean  el  alimento. “Beneficioso para el cerebro”   , algunos de los cuales son fuentes naturales de los suplementos anteriores. 

Algunos de estos alimentos son: 

• Vis (Omega-3)

• Aceite de canola o aceite de nuez (omega-3) Huevos (colina)

• Vegetales y frutas

• Carbohidratos

•  Semillas de chía  (omega-3) 

Algunos estudios sobre la demostración de la fibromialgia de que el ejercicio moderado también puede ayudar a mejorar la función cerebral. Ejercicio mental Losinvestigadores aprenden más sobre el cerebro y cómo funciona, y la nueva información puede ayudarnos a comprender la niebla cerebral. 

La investigación sobre el envejecimiento cerebral y ciertas enfermedades degenerativas muestra que el entrenamiento cognitivo a veces puede retrasar, detener o revertir la pérdida de funciones intelectuales. Programas de capacitación, que a menudo contienen software que utiliza en su hogar.
