Pourquoi la fibromyalgie fait-elle plus mal la nuit?

Pour certaines personnes cette heure est la première heure du matin, pour d’autres c’est une heure aléatoire, mais pour la majorité des patients fibromyalgiques, la douleur devient bien pire et elle est amplifiée la nuit. En fait, ils ont déjà établi une routine, essayer de bloquer ou de déguiser la douleur et l’inconfort tout au long de la journée, essayer de terminer toutes les tâches, essayer de socialiser après la journée de travail, mais en gardant un œil sur à la maison et essayez d’éviter d’être hors de votre environnement dans les pires heures chaque jour.

Une autre chose est quand la journée se termine, ils arrivent à la maison et peuvent enlever l’armure qu’ils ont porté tout au long de la journée pour gérer et bloquer la douleur. A ce moment où la garde est en panne et toute la douleur qu’on a essayé d’ignorer avec plus ou moins de succès se manifeste avec toute sa force et son intensité. Dans ces moments, le sommeil n’est pas une option car il est très difficile de ne pas dire qu’il est impossible de le réconcilier alors que l’esprit est occupé à essayer de gérer la même douleur. Le patient se couche en pensant s’il sera capable d’oublier même pendant quelques heures la douleur, mais il ne disparaît pas ou est facile à ignorer.

Bien sûr, il y a d’autres nuits où la douleur n’est pas si intense. Alors, quoi de neuf? Comme toujours, tenir un journal de l’alimentation et de l’activité quotidienne peut être utile pour déterminer s’il existe des déclencheurs particuliers qui semblent exacerber la douleur.

La recherche montre qu’avec la fibromyalgie, l’excitation automatique se produit dans le cerveau pendant le sommeil. De plus, des interruptions fréquentes empêchent d’importants processus de restauration. L’hormone de croissance se produit principalement pendant le sommeil, sans sommeil réparateur et hormone de croissance accrue, les muscles ne peuvent pas guérir et les neurotransmetteurs tels que la sérotonine ne sont pas reconstitués correctement. Le manque de sommeil d’une nuit amène la personne atteinte de fibromyalgie à se réveiller fatiguée et fatiguée. Le résultat est que le corps ne peut pas se remettre des tensions du jour qui s’accumulent et augmente la perception de la douleur, c’est un cercle vicieux.

Il y a ceux qui soulèvent la possibilité qu’à la fin de la journée, notre corps et notre cerveau commencent à se déconnecter de l’activité et des responsabilités et peuvent alors se recentrer sur eux-mêmes, ce qui fait revenir la douleur associée à la fibromyalgie. Cependant, la chose conventionnelle serait qu’à la fin de la journée, nos esprits chargés de toutes les informations et stimuli collectés par nos sens et traités par notre cerveau et notre corps tout au long de la journée se concentrent sur le repos et gardent dans la torpeur la sensation de douleur. Toutes ces informations et stimuli recueillis pendant la journée sont la principale raison du rêve, le cerveau doit se déconnecter et cesser de recevoir des informations pour mettre en ordre,  Trier et jeter ce que nous avons absorbé pendant la journée et ainsi commencer une nouvelle journée fraîche et reposée . Obtenir ce repos est pratiquement impossible pour le patient atteint de fibromyalgie, donc il se lèvera le matin sans avoir suffisamment de repos, les informations de la journée précédente n’auront pas été correctement classées, le reste n’aura pas été complet et réparateur mais un nouveau jour commence les muscles n’ont pas pu se détendre et se reposer au début de la journée avec l’inflammation accumulée, avec laquelle la douleur viendra beaucoup plus tôt et la fatigue aussi.

Presque 100 × 100 des patients atteints de fibromyalgie ont des problèmes d’insomnie et ne dorment pas une bonne nuit, ces conseils peuvent vous aider à mieux dormir.

Prenez un bain relaxant  dans l’eau chaude la  nuit. Mettez un kilo de sel épais dans l’eau du bain, lorsqu’il est immergé dans l’eau chaude, nos pores sont ouverts et avec une grande quantité de sel dans l’eau, le corps absorbe les minéraux sous la forme d’ions produisant un renouvellement (osmose). C’est relaxant  puisque l’eau chaude et les minéraux font que le corps libère des toxines et se détend pour nous libérer du stress. Vous obtiendrez du magnésium pour votre corps et soulagera la douleur musculaire.

Massez doucement l’huile de romarin, de cannabis ou de menthe poivrée avec ses principaux points douloureux.

Pratiquez le yoga, le pilates ou certains exercices d’étirement très doux pour détendre vos muscles.

Écoutez de la musique relaxante. Sur Internet, il y a des stations de radio qui diffusent de la musique pour méditer ou se détendre.

Méditez pour calmer les pensées et les tensions intrusives.

Dormez dans une pièce sombre, utilisez un masque pour les yeux si nécessaire.

Gardez votre pièce aussi silencieuse que possible – Si nécessaire, vous pouvez utiliser une   machine  à bruit blanc pour noyer les sons subtils ennuyeux et vous aider à vous concentrer sur le repos. Celui que j’ai recommandé a aussi d’autres sons relaxants et vous pouvez le programmer pour l’éteindre.

Assurez-vous une température ambiante confortable dans votre espace de repos.

Évitez les aliments et les boissons contenant de la caféine, y compris le thé, les boissons gazeuses et le chocolat, à partir de midi.

Il semble qu’il y ait plusieurs raisons pour que la douleur de la fibromyalgie soit plus intense la nuit, mais tout porte à croire que les muscles jouent un rôle clé. Encore une fois, je recommande que vous essayez de tenir un journal quotidien avec les activités de base, votre régime alimentaire et les jours et les heures de douleur pendant un mois ou un mois et demi et ensuite voir si vous trouvez des déclencheurs ou des déclencheurs communs.
