Spasmes musculaires dans la fibromyalgie

L’un des symptômes qui peuvent causer plus de douleur dans la fibromyalgie est les spasmes musculaires. Ces spasmes contractent les muscles, et il est très difficile de les détendre par la suite. Les endroits où les muscles se contractent habituellement sont le cou, le dos et les cuisses, mais ce n’est pas limité à ces parties du corps. En outre, il peut générer des spasmes musculaires à tout moment de la journée, ce qui limite considérablement l’activité physique des patients et empêche le sommeil.

Quelle est la cause de ces spasmes musculaires dans le corps?

Comme tout ce qui concerne la fibromyalgie, il n’y a pas de réponse claire et est encore sous enquête. Jusqu’à présent, nous savons seulement que les spasmes musculaires sont liés à des “points sensibles”. Les points sensibles sont des points spécifiques dans tout le corps qui sont extrêmement sensibles au toucher chez les patients atteints de fibromyalgie et ils peuvent même être utilisés pour déterminer si un patient a cette condition ou non.

Un total de 18 points, ils se trouvent dans le cou, le dos, le bas du dos, les genoux, les coudes et la poitrine. Les points sensibles peuvent être définis comme de petites zones du tissu musculaire qui sont en mouvement constant, et lorsqu’il est affecté de Fibro peut causer de la douleur. Il est important de souligner que la douleur générée par ces points douloureux ne se situe pas toujours à l’endroit où se trouvent les points douloureux et peut être ressentie ailleurs, c’est-à-dire parfois la douleur générée par un point sensible dans le cou causer de la douleur quelque part sur le visage ou le bas du dos. Cela provoque souvent de la confusion lorsque vous allez chez le médecin parce que, en signalant le site de la douleur, le médecin ne voit tout simplement rien de mal et le prend comme une douleur mentale.

Une autre cause possible de ces spasmes musculaires est liée à un dysfonctionnement du système nerveux et des nerfs, qui peut envoyer de mauvais signaux à ces zones à cause du Fibro et créer ainsi des spasmes.

Traitement pour les spasmes musculaires

Le traitement le plus commun pour les spasmes musculaires est les myorelaxants. Ceux-ci provoquent la relaxation des muscles et rendent le spasme moins fort et diminuent constamment la douleur. Bien que ce soit une bonne solution, elle n’est pas permanente, car elle ne soulage que temporairement et en cas de spasmes très forts, elle ne fonctionne même pas. La cyclobenzaprine est une bonne option à utiliser comme relaxant musculaire, mais consultez toujours votre médecin avant de le prendre.

Certains médecins suggèrent de prendre des suppléments qui peuvent soulager la douleur des spasmes, tels que le magnésium, l’acide malique, le calcium, le zinc, le complexe B et la créatine. Depuis le manque d’énergie causée par la fibromyalgie provoque le resserrement des muscles, ces suppléments sont associés à l’énergie cellulaire accrue qui détendrait les muscles du corps. Chez certains patients, ils provoquent un soulagement, mais leur efficacité dans la recherche n’a pas encore été prouvée, en particulier dans les cas de fibromyalgie. Consultez votre médecin pour une bonne administration de certains de ces suppléments vitaminiques ou d’autres plus adaptés à votre cas particulier.

Un autre type de soulagement peut provenir de traitements non traditionnels comme les massages, les injections dans les points sensibles et la kinésithérapie. En outre, vous pouvez essayer différentes choses pour améliorer la condition:

 

  • Appliquer de la chaleur avec une couverture électrique
  • Appliquer de la glace ou du froid dans la région
  • Utiliser des appareils de massage
  • Étendue
  • Pratiquez des activités physiques relaxantes telles que le Tai Chi ou le Yoga
  • Appliquer des crèmes musculaires

Si vous pensez avoir la fibromyalgie ou l’un de ses symptômes, n’hésitez pas à consulter un médecin pour obtenir le traitement approprié. Si vous avez déjà été diagnostiqué, vous pouvez toujours suivre ces conseils avec la supervision de votre médecin, en testant ce qui est mieux pour soulager les symptômes.
