Duizeligheid, evenwicht en valt tijdens fibromyalgie fakkels

In fibromyalgie, duizeligheid, slechte balans, en watervallen zijn voorkomende klachten. Voor sommige mensen, zijn ze een kleine ergernis die opduikt op de gelegenheid. In andere gevallen kunnen ze ernstig invaliderende zijn en leiden tot regelmatige verwondingen.

Vallen is niet zozeer een symptoom en meer een gevolg van de symptomen van duizeligheid en een slechte balans. In deze toestand valt en balans problemen kunnen ook worden gerelateerd aan veranderingen in de manier waarop we lopen.

Dus waarom is fibromyalgie betrekken deze problemen? En wat kunnen we eraan doen?

Fibromyalgie en duizeligheid

In fibromyalgie, duizeligheid komt meestal op wanneer u voor het eerst opstaan. Het is vergelijkbaar met het gevoel van een “head rush” vanaf het moment dat je opstaat te snel, alleen kan het elke keer dat je gaan liggen of zitten om opstaan ​​gebeuren. Het plotseling ontstaan ​​van duizeligheid kan je zwaaien op je voeten, wankelen, of het kan zelfs je valt of flauw.

Naast duizeligheid en flauwvallen, deze subgroep had ook de hoogste pijn niveaus evenals een aantal symptomen en aandoeningen waaronder overlappende cognitieve dysfunctie ( “fibro fog”), prikkelbare blaas, vulvodynia en rusteloze benensyndroom.

Onderzoek suggereert dat dit verschijnsel voortkomt uit disfunctie van het autonome zenuwstelsel (AZS), waarvan dysautonomia genoemd.

De ANS is betrokken met veel kritische functies in je lichaam, met inbegrip van de hartslag, bloeddruk, ademhalingsfrequentie, lichaamstemperatuur, metabolisme en de spijsvertering.

Duizeligheid als gevolg van dysautonomia kan orthostatische intolerantie, neuraal gemedieerde hypotensie of posturale orthostatische tachycardie syndroom (POTS) worden genoemd. In wezen, deze dingen betekenen dat het hart en de hersenen niet goed met elkaar communiceren.

Wat moet er gebeuren is dat wanneer je opstaat uit een liggende of zittende houding, de ANS verhoogt je bloeddruk om de zwaartekracht te bestrijden en te houden voldoende toevoer van bloed in je hersenen. Met dysautonomia, gebeurt dit niet zoals het hoort. In plaats daarvan kan de bloeddruk eigenlijk vallen als je staat, en het resultaat is duizeligheid of een licht gevoel in het hoofd. In POTS, de hartslag versnelt als de bloeddruk daalt.
