Avez-vous parfois les muscles qui resserrent et ne relâchera pas, peu importe ce que vous faites? Ce que l’on appelle un spasme musculaire, et beaucoup de personnes atteintes de fibromyalgie ont ce problème. En fait, certains chercheurs considèrent comme une source majeure de notre douleur.

Spasmes sont différents des spasmes musculaires, qui sont brèves et généralement indolore. Lorsqu’un spasmes musculaires, il crispe serré et reste de cette façon.
